PK Slow Terms and Conditions – Rules for Using Our Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the pk slow platform — including the website at pkslow.app, the mobile app, or any associated service — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform. These Terms apply to all users, including registered members, visitors, and anyone interacting with any feature of pk slow.

We recommend keeping a copy of these Terms for your records. In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, the version of these Terms published on this page at the time of the relevant transaction or activity will apply.

2. Eligibility

To use pk slow you must meet all of the following requirements:

pk slow reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, or residency at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account on pk slow. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, payment method, device, or IP address — are not permitted and may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

When registering you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your real name, valid contact details, and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the pk slow support team immediately. pk slow is not liable for losses resulting from a failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
• You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights attached to it.
• pk slow reserves the right to verify your identity before processing any withdrawal.
• Account closure requests can be submitted to the support team at any time.

4. Deposits and Payments

pk slow accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards, and supported mobile wallets. All transactions on pk slow are denominated in PKR.

Deposits are typically credited to your pk slow account balance in real time for JazzCash and Easypaisa. Bank transfer and card deposits may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing times. pk slow is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

• Only deposit funds that you can afford to use for gaming entertainment. Do not deposit borrowed money.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the Cashier section of the platform.
• You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and may result in account suspension.
• pk slow does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed — contact support immediately if you deposit an unintended amount.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically process within minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer and Raast withdrawals are subject to banking processing times.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, pk slow may require identity verification documentation. This is a standard account security requirement and applies to all players regardless of account age or transaction history.

• Only funds that have met any applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to manual review for amounts above certain thresholds.
• VIP Gold members and above benefit from priority withdrawal processing.
• pk slow reserves the right to withhold withdrawal payments pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or Terms violation.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, device, IP address, and payment method. Attempts to claim bonuses on multiple accounts will be treated as bonus abuse.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly on each promotion page before you claim the bonus.
• Free spins winnings from promotional offers are subject to the wagering requirement of the associated promotion. Free spins triggered organically within a paid game are not subject to additional wagering requirements.
• Bonuses have validity periods. Unused bonus funds and free spins expire after the stated validity window and cannot be reinstated.
• pk slow reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, including where there is evidence of abuse, technical error, or market change.

7. Betting Rules

The pk slow sports betting section covers cricket — including PSL, T20 internationals, and domestic competitions — alongside football, esports, and other sports. All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. pk slow reserves the right to void any bet where odds have been published in error.

• Bets are binding once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled or amended after it has been accepted by the platform.
• In-play bets are subject to the odds available at the moment the bet is placed. Network delays can affect the odds received — pk slow is not responsible for connectivity issues on the player's end.
• pk slow reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time, including during live events, for operational or integrity reasons.
• Any attempt to exploit technical errors, pricing mistakes, or latency to place bets at incorrect odds constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Bets placed after the official start of an event may be voided at pk slow's discretion unless the bet was specifically accepted as an in-play market.
• Maximum bet limits and payout caps apply per event and are visible in the sportsbook interface.

8. Slots and Games

All slot titles and games available on the pk slow platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Every spin outcome is independent and random. The RTP percentages displayed in the game lobby are theoretical long-run return figures and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.

• Game outcomes cannot be predicted, reversed, or manipulated by any party, including pk slow staff.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round — such as a disconnection mid-spin — the platform will attempt to complete the round based on the last confirmed server state. If the round cannot be completed, the wager for that round will be returned to your balance.
• Fish Games operate on the same RNG principles. Prizes are determined by the platform's server, not the client device.

The pk slow VIP programme offers four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond — with benefits including PKR cashback, faster withdrawal processing, exclusive game access, and dedicated account management at the top tier. VIP status is earned through consistent platform activity and is assessed on a rolling basis.

• VIP tier assignment and tier maintenance criteria are determined by pk slow and may be updated from time to time.
• VIP cashback is credited in PKR and is subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal, as specified in the VIP programme terms.
• pk slow reserves the right to downgrade or remove VIP status where activity thresholds are not maintained, or where a Terms violation has occurred.
• VIP benefits are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred.
• Priority withdrawal processing for VIP Gold and Diamond members applies during standard operating hours and is subject to verification requirements.

10. Responsible Gaming

Where an account is closed due to a verified Terms breach, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real money deposits may be returned at pk slow's discretion following an investigation. pk slow will communicate the reason for closure where legally permissible.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk slow shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses or damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
• Interruption of service due to maintenance, technical faults, third-party failures, or events outside pk slow's reasonable control.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses arising from betting decisions made on the platform — all bets are placed at the player's sole risk.
• Any inaccuracy in odds or game information caused by a technical error, provided pk slow takes reasonable steps to correct such errors promptly.

pk slow makes no warranty that the platform will be available continuously or free from errors. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated where possible, but unplanned outages may occur. pk slow's total liability to any player in any circumstance shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Changes to These Terms

pk slow reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
